重构研究目录结构：将research-topics整合到research/specialized/civilizations

Browse Source 
- 在research/specialized下创建civilizations目录
- 将research-topics下的文明研究内容移动到新位置
- 删除空的中文目录和research-topics目录
- 更新所有相关文档中的路径引用
